Any time you see the Box Top$ coupons on a General Mills or related brand product,  or a Labels for Education UPC on a Campbells and related product, cut them out along the perforation and place them on the forms the school provides.  The more coupons and UPC’s we collect, the more money for the school! Turning in the coupons during promotions could win your child’s classroom a party!

 

Market Day is a unique and valuable fundraiser where you can Grocery Shop on-line.  Order by the monthly deadline and simply stop by the Multi-purpose room at Westwood to pickup that month’s order.  

This year our goal is $3,000.  These funds are used to support important items and programs that our students need beyond what is covered through traditional funding sources.  If every family orders at least three times from Market Day this year, we will achieve our goal.

Contact our chairperson, Cindy Mastroianni at 440-739-4002 to volunteer, or click on the available highlighted position that most interests you!  If no spots are highlighted, we have the minimum number of people needed, but contact Cindy anyway, just in case!

 

We typically need three volunteers each month from 1:30 – 3:00pm on pick-up day to separate the food items and fill the orders as people arrive to pick them up.  There is heavy lifting involved!

 

We also need one person to make phone calls a few days before pick-up day to remind people to pick up their orders.

 

Giant Eagle, Heinen’s, and Target offer extra money for the school when you purchase items in their store with their respective store cards.  In order to get the funds, you must register EVERY YEAR.  Please click on the links of the stores you visit to maximize your purchasing for Westwood!
