On September 29th, the West Geauga Girls Varsity Volleyball
Team played against the Perry Pirates. The girls battled their way through
all 5 games and came up with a win! The varsity won the 5th and deciding game
against the pirates in true WG form. Leading scorers for the girls were: Jourdyn
Heilinger with 4 blocks, Jessica Kodrich with 10 kills, Angela Ewing with
20 assists and 4 aces, and Kelly Nero with 15 digs. This makes 4 straight
wins for the lady wolverines. Come cheer them on tomorrow night as they face
off against Chagrin Falls at home. Congratulations again ladies.
