On September 23rd 2009, the West Geauga Girls Varsity soccer team played their third game at home againt Hawken. The girls stepped up during the last twenty seconds of the second half. The final score was West Geauga 1, Hawken1. With only seconds spare, ,Maggie Kilfoyle assisted Ally Platek with a corner kick, which scored the winning goal.
