On October 8th, West G held its annual Homecoming Pep Rally. The pep rally helps to kick-off Homecoming Week, and allows students to show their school spirit. The Pep Rally is also an opportunity for the Juniors to battle the Seniors, in the traditional Powder Puff game. The Pep Rally allows the Fall Sports team to briefly tell the student body how their season is going and about any upcoming events. To end the pep rally there was a tug-of-war, where the Juniors beat the Seniors.
