It was Senior night for the Wolverines at Howell Field. The boys went down 4-1 early in the first quarter. This was not the way the seniors wanted to play on senior night. The Lake Catholic defense soon gave in to the Wolverine Offense and the game was tied by the end of the first quarter. An early second quarter wave of attack sparked a wolverine pride and they took the lead. Tied with 30 seconds left Lake Catholic scored a crowd silencing goal that proved to be the dagger in the Wolverines heart. The Wolverines lost 16-15, the Wolverines soon start their playoff campaign and would like it if you came out and supported them.
