West Geauga Fencing Club finished their season strong at Saturday's (Feb 25th) high school tournament in Rocky River. Stephen Osborn competed in Men's Foil, and Alex Becker in Men's Saber. Carly Nuss, Christina Keil, and Caitlin Richards competed in Women's Epee with Caitlin winning a 3rd place trophy. Carolyn Matovina, Callie Baker, Christina Keil, and Liz Osborn competed in Women's Foil with Liz winning a 3rd place trophy. Because of their tremendous effort and points scored, the West G lady fencers won the First Place Cup for ladies team competition. Congratulations West Geauga Fencers! It was a great season.
